• Recession right
You have the right to exercise the recession right within 10 days from the receiving of the goods.

• Who this applies to
To individual people (customers) who act with purposes that are not connected with their own business activity. For this reason sellers and firms' purchases are excluded from the recession right.

• About the recession right
This right refers to the customer's option to send back the goods as new bought from the supplier within 14 working days from the receiving of the goods. These forwarding expenses will not be refundable. The recession right includes the supplier's refund of the purchase price (see method of refunding).

The recession right is asserted by sending a written communication to the supplier's registered address, within the same time, by means of a registered letter with advice of receipt.

Communication can be sent, within the same time, by telegram, telex and fac-simile provided that there is a confirmation by registered letter with advice of receipt within the following 48 hours. Food products cannot be refused if you not previously tasted and the products do not have to be sent whole (as provided by the law above).

• Method of refunding
Cherubini Giochi will send a no-transferable open cheque registered to the buyer at the same invoicing address as the good for purchase by credit transfer; or Cherubini Giochi will make a re-credit operation on the credit card (used for the transaction) for the amount paid by the buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the date in which the supplier knows about the customer's exercise of the recession right. The refund has to refer to the good price only. Shipping expenses and home delivery of the product will remain charged to the customer.

Cherubini Giochi works in an SSL certification protected environment by using the Virtual Pos 'Get Pay' supplied by Sella Bank, Italian leader in transactions by credit card over Internet . This guarantees the highest level of guarantee on transactions. This means of payment allows the credit card holder to insert his own data (card number, expiration, holder's name) directly to the bank (Sella Bank server is a safe server with 128 bit critography).

• Buying is easy
By using its own credit card (all Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted), Sella Bank gathers data and inserts it into international authorized channels with the same conditions of transactions made with the P.O.S. Materiali (in normal shops). For the buyer it is like making a payment order directly to a bank. Or, if you prefer, you can make a credit transfer from your own bank in favour of:

• Further useful information about transactions
- How does a payment by credit card work?
Cherubini Giochi uses the SSL security system which protects the credit card data during the transmission and which asks the customer to fill out a form. The form contains the credit card type, number and expiry date. The buyer can make sure of the use of that procedure by checking that the site address (URL) begins with https://….on the video a closed padlock appears (Internet Explorer) or a small key unbroken (Netscape).

- Payment by credit card.
After you have chosen the articles to buy, you can order them by inserting your own address data and the system of payment, then press AVANTI. After you have checked for any mistakes , you have to confirm the order by pressing ACQUISTA on the trolley; Cherubini Giochi will give the communication to the Bank. From now your data will be transmitted directly to the Pos installed on the Sella Bank server. Cherubini Giochi does not know your credit card data. On the Sella Bank screen after inserting your credit card data and pressing CONFERMA you will receive a display page as confirmation. Then you will receive an e-mail containing all the data about the effected transaction.

- With credit transfer
After you have confirmed the order pressing ACQUISTA on the trolley, the system will send you an e-mail as confirmaation of the order with the essential data about the credit transfer the will be make in favour of Cherubini Giochi.

• Dispatch
Cherubini Giochi after having checked the payment, manages the execution of the orders. This allows us to send the order within 5 working days from the receiving of the payment, by using the Executive courier (Italy) and TNT Traco (abroad); the working days for the delivery and the corresponding prices are listed in the schedules below. In the event that is not completed by the supplier because of unavailability, also temporary, of the goods or of the service requested, Cherubini Giochi, within 5 working days from the checking of the payment, will inform the customer and refund the amount already paid for the supply (see method of refunding).
